Brown, Warren Agree On Outside Ad Ban In Senate Race
BOSTON (CBS/AP) - An agreement to block outside, third-party advertising in the U.S. Senate race in Massachusetts is now in place.

"We had an offer on the table and I took that offer and tightened it up, closed up some of the big loopholes in it and have sent it back and said 'You got everything you asked for here. Let's sign it and let's be done," Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 Monday morning.

Senator Scott Brown told Fox News Monday he is on board with the changes.
"I signed it twice, forwarded it to her, she made some recent tweaks and I accept and it's a good way to keep these ads out," Brown said.
Top level staffers for both candidates failed to reach a deal during a meeting last week.
