Brookline Votes To Raise Parking Rates During Red Sox Games
BROOKLINE (CBS) - Red Sox fans now won't be able to expect to get a good deal on parking in Brookline come game day.
Brookline has approved a plan to raise rates at meters near Fenway Park on game days. Parking will end up costing $22.
In the past, business owners have complained Sox fans take up too many spaces. Brookline said raising rates could bring in $35,000 more per year for the town.
