Brookline Man Ordered To Stop Feeding Pigeons On His Property

BROOKLINE (CBS) – A Brookline man, whose property is inundated with pigeons, has been ordered to stop feeding the birds.

Edwin Alexandrian was arraigned on criminal health violation charges because the town of Brookline says he refused to do anything about all the pigeons on his property.

Patrick Maloney, who is with the town's Environmental Health Services Department, says he counted more than 100 birds on the property Wednesday morning.

Alexandrian says he'll comply, but he looks forward to taking the case to trial.
