"Let's show some toughness," Brady barked before the final drive. "We have to show some toughness. Toughness to go make some plays."
Down 27-24, the Patriots marched 70 yards down the field in 1:08, with Brady going 5-for-7 on the drive. He capped it all off with a 17-yard touchdown to rookie receiver Kenbrell Thompkins with five seconds left to give the Patriots the 30-27 win.
"Whatever it takes man," Brady said in the locker room after the win. "We're 5-1. We have a big one this week; every game gets bigger. Let's get healthy, let's get better. It's all about win!"
