Bradley Jay: 'Proposed MBTA Hike Is A Real Problem.'
I love the MBTA. The trains and buses that is. The people involved with it, not so much.
I do the right thing by not owning a car in the city, and as you know, no good deed goes unpunished. This time the punishment takes the form of more money for less service.
Why can't the MBTA get it together. Is it the union, mistakes in spending, the Big Dig debt? JUST FIX IT!!!
We have to prioritize our gripes. The MBTA is my number one gripe, and I hope the people rise up and do something about it.
If a banking fee can fire the "Occupy Movement," then the mess at the T should do the same. Call every official you can think of and complain. And call the T and let em know you are as mad as heck and you are not going to take it anymore.
It seems "we the people" are impotent in terms of affecting how our officials operate. Perhaps this is where we should draw the line in the sand and say "enough is enough."
