Boy Scouts Open New Dining Hall At Camp Squanto In Plymouth
BOSTON (CBS) - Boy Scouts know the value of hard work. They earn merit badges for learning a variety of activities.
Now the scouts are being rewarded for determination, not with a badge but a new home of sorts.
Monday was the grand opening of their new dining hall and conference center at Camp Squanto in Plymouth.
The hall is 11,500 square feet of space that has a kitchen, indoor and outdoor seating and a state of the art audio visual system.
The hall cost more than one and a half million dollars. All the money came from donors.
