Park has a very cool take on the classic mimosa cocktail called the Plum Island. While Amesbury is a little trip outside of the city, for those who are willing to scrape off their cars and make the trip to the North Shore, Executive Chef Paul Callahan's indulgent menu makes it worth the trip. Dishes include Brioche French Toast and Duck Confit Hash and – of course – mimosas are always on the menu. The restaurant's bar also has a few creative juice cocktails that may be of interest (because juice = brunch, right?!), including The Falls (pomegranate, candied ginger-infused Bully Boy vodka, soda), The Pow-Wow (Fords Gin, Campari, grapefruit bitters, citrus, simple syrup) and The After School Special (Espolon reposado, Tuaca, apple juice).

Belly Wine Bar's newly launched brunch service (February 8 was their first!) needs to be on any brunch-lover's radar! Belly's sister-restaurant, The Blue Room, having served a beloved buffet brunch for many years, just passed the torch to its little sister, who took a fun and funky twist on some brunch classics! This same mentality is reflected on their toast-worthy cocktails. One of Belly's creations, Bitter Morning, is a light-hearted play on the favorite traditional mimosa. Bitter Morning is made with cynar, grapefruit and cava.

The North End's favorite brunch spot, the North Street Grille, is one of the best places to get a mimosa in downtown Boston. They serve mimosas by the glass or the carafe, which is perfect for a long relaxing brunch. In addition to mimosas, they have a series of bellinis on the drink menu as well. Their brunch is not to be missed and features hearty specials like ham and cheese stuffed french toast, pancake burritos and lobster benedict. Take note that the North Street Grille is very popular and doesn't take reservations. Get to the venue as early as possible to avoid a wait.
