Boston's Best Dance Studios

Like most cities, Boston is home to numerous dance studios of varying styles. Both aspiring and experienced dancers looking for classical or modern schools of dance will find them in Boston. Some of these schools are for amateurs looking to have a little more dancing skill. Other Boston dance studios are for those who aspire to be professional dancers. Boston Ballet is an elite school of ballet that has programs for training children, teens and adults. Class participants must audition before entering certain programs in order to determine the appropriate class level. However, some classes are open to all. A live piano performance occurs in the classroom for students over four years of age to move along to. Some students will even have an opportunity to perform with the Boston Ballet at the Boston Opera House after proper training.

The Jeannette Neill Dance Studio is the self-proclaimed "premiere center for Jazz dance." They have everything from full training to open adult classes at $15 a class.
