For almost 50 years, family-friendly restaurant Imperial has been making its infamous pizzas for locals and visitors right in Brighton Center. Although the pizza is delicious, it is the chicken parm that you won't want to miss. Fried chicken cutlets are piled onto a 10-inch sub roll and then smothered with house-made marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. They are toasted up for perfectly crispy bread with melted cheese in this affordable sub, which is under $6. There is also the option to have chicken parm cutlets over spaghetti or ravioli instead of a sub, or you can go for the hearty chicken parm calzone. Imperial Pizza delivers, plus it is open daily until midnight and on weekends until 1 a.m.
