In the meantime, Row 34 chefs offer two very diverse ceviches. One is based upon the snapper basted in coconut milk, red curry and lime, while the scallap ceviche pairs citrus and cilantro with bell peppers. Take in a classic atmosphere while enjoying the raw bar daily until 4:30 p.m. This professionals bar may stop serving a bit early, but the bar stays open until "whenever."

Tomatillo, kimchi and cilantro are the extra special ingredients in Neptune's Hamachi Ceviche. Chef Daniel King and Chef John Ross stand at the ready for this cook-to-order and served raw fare. In layman's terms, you'd be tantalized by the flavors of sweet and sour vegetables in a tart tomato base topped in a scallion Japanese Amberjack. Of course it's drizzled with lemon and lime, how else would you palate be allowed to savor the intensity? Neptune offers a varied menu daily, closing the kitchen by 9:30 p.m.
