Boston's Best Bars To Watch The Women's World Cup
The Women's World Cup is just around the corner. While soccer isn't widely broadcast around Boston, women's sports are shown even less. Make sure not to miss any of the games by heading to these amazing sports bars! They all have great food, great drinks, outdoor access, and of course, all of the sports channels you need.
Cafe Paradiso
255 Hanover St.
Boston, MA 02113
(617) 742-1768

This North End gem is the city's secret soccer hangout. Filled with Europeans, this authentic Italian eatery is a great place to pull up a seat and watch the Women's World Cup with like minded soccer fans. In addition to having a bunch of TVs, Cafe Paradiso is also a great place to watch because the front windows are open in good weather so the party can spill slightly outside. It is a great way to enjoy sunshine and fresh air while watching the game.
Remy's Seaport
250 Northern Ave.
Boston, MA 02210
(617) 856-7369

Like Cafe Paradiso, Remy's is also a popular summertime sports bar because of its seamless integration of indoor and outdoor space. This is typically a "guy's" sports bar, but the bartenders and waiters are more than happy to change the channels on any of their huge screens, which makes this a great choice to check out the Women's World Cup. At Remy's you will find true sports fans, and there will always be someone to watch the game with. They also have a delicious pub menu and a great view of Boston Harbor. Conveniently located in Boston's trendy Ft. Point neighborhood, Remy's is one of the best, most scenic sports bars in town.
Cafe Dello Sport
308 Hanover St.
Boston, MA 02113
(617) 523-5063
www.caffedellosport.us
Cafe Dello Sport is the best choice for avid soccer fans. On Hanover Street in Boston's North End, Cafe Dello Sport is full of European soccer fans. The cafe is more low key than Cafe Paradiso or Remy's, so its great if you plan to intently watch the game. They have excellent pastries and coffee drinks, but also serve beer. The cappuccino comes highly recommended - it will transport you abroad with just one sip.
Champion's Sports Bar
Boston Marriott Copley Place
110 Huntington Ave.
Boston, MA 02116
(617) 927-5304
www.championsboston.com
This is another top sports bar in Boston. Champion's has two locations, one in Copley and the other in Kendall Square - perfect for catching a game after work or meeting up with friends from out of town. Champion's has a more chic look and high end drink menu than your stereotypical sports bar, making it a great spot for a ladies' night out to watch the World Cup. And since both Champion's Sports Bars are adjacent to hotels, you're more likely to find visiting soccer fans at the bar than at other Boston bars - Boston is admittedly not a big soccer city.
Sports Grille Boston
132 Canal St.
Boston, MA 02114
(617) 367-9302
www.sportsgrilleboston.com
Sports Grille Boston is located in the heart of the heart of Boston sports pubs. Sports Grille is definitely a top choice amongst the 100s of other bars because there is a TV at every single table! That means you and your friends can watch whatever game is most important to you. Since the Women's World Cup might not be widely broadcasted on Boston bar TV's, this is a great place to go to make sure you won't miss a second of the action or compete with fans of other sports for TV time.
