Join Chef Helen Rennie for intimate classes that will help you perfect your cooking abilities. For each class, Rennie allows eight students into her Natick home to prepare recipes using local ingredients. Courses focus on dishes like Italian favorites pasta and pizza, as well as seafood, meat, vegetable dishes. You can even learn to hone your knife skills, so you can chop, slice and dice your way to a memorable meal. Prices vary but tend to range from $80 to $90 for a three-hour class.

For $85 per participant, get in on the fun on May 24th for a Mediterranean Vegetarian class. Sea to You Sushi is a retail fish market and restaurant with an onsite Kosher sushi school. Featuring hour and a half sushi preparation classes on weeknights at 6 p.m., and on Saturdays at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., small groups have the opportunity to learn how to roll sushi and eat their creations. Students learn techniques for slicing fish and make jumbo rolls, hand rolls, maki rolls and more. Some of the classes even allow you to bring sushi home to share with family and friends.
