Sexual Assault Reported In BU Dorm Room
BOSTON (CBS) – A sexual assault was reported early Sunday morning on the Boston University campus.
Boston University Police confirmed that an assault was reported inside a female student's dorm room on Harry Agganis Way.
Students received an alert message about an incident that took place at Student Village 2.
The suspect is being described as a college-aged white male, about 5'9 tall, with brown hair and a medium build.
Students said the incident is a wake-up call.
"I think its good to start to lock your doors more people think its kind of like you can just leave your doors open all the time" said BU student Hannah Katz. "But it's probably better to keep them locked so you don't run into these issues."
