'Worst Nightmare': Family Searches For Woman Last Seen Outside Boston Bar
BOSTON (CBS) - Family members are desperately searching for a 23-year-old woman who was last seen outside a Boston bar Saturday night.
Olivia Ambrose, who goes by "Liviy," has not been seen since about 11 p.m. Saturday. She was outside of Hennessey's on Union Street.
"My hope is that she shows up, comes back walks right through that door, walks right into the apartment," said Frannie Ambrose, Olivia's twin sister.
Boston Police are investigating and a missing person report was filed.
According to family members, the bar was "extremely busy" Saturday night.
"We were all here, we were just dancing in front of the band and then somewhere just like around 10 p.m. I don't know I guess we got separated and then she left at 11," Frannie said.
Olivia's father was among those visiting bars and restaurants near Faneuil Hall Monday night with a handful of flyers featuring his missing daughter. "It's your worst nightmare," said Michael Ambrose.
Olivia never returned to her apartment in Jamaica Plain and called no one, things completely out of character for her.
"For some unknown reason she left without saying goodbye," said Heather Ambrose, Olivia's mother.
Olivia had been dancing with a man about her own age. "The guy who she was with was the one who got kicked out of the bar and that she left with at about 11:04 p.m.," Frannie said.
Security cameras show Olivia and the man walking across Union Street.
Ambrose is about 5'2" tall with blue eyes and curly medium-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a red corduroy dress under a long white and grey coat.
She lives in Jamaica Plain and is originally from Wenham. Anyone who has information is asked to call Boston Police.
