Boston Firefighters Rescue Two From Marlborough Street Blaze
BOSTON (CBS) – Boston firefighters responded to a two alarm fire on Marlborough Street Tuesday evening.
The fire is believed to have started in the basement of a four-story apartment building.
Six people were in the building when the fire started. Two people were rescued by firefighters including a man who was taken to Tufts Medical for smoke inhalation.
According to fire officials, smoke traveled from the basement to the upper floors. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
