Boston-Bound JetBlue Flight Diverted To Buffalo Over Smoke Odor
BOSTON (CBS) -- A JetBlue flight en route to Logan Airport from Chicago was diverted to Buffalo Wednesday after an odor of smoke was detected in the cockpit.
JetBlue said in a statement that the plane was diverted "out of an abundance of caution."
The plane landed safely in Buffalo, the statement said.
JetBlue said customers that were on the plane were being re-accommodated on other flights.
