Boston Bombing Survivor Runs In Chicago Marathon
BOSTON (CBS) --- Forty-five thousand runners held a moment of silence for the Boston Marathon bombing victims and survivors before the start of the Chicago Marathon Sunday.
Among those running was a survivor of the Boston bombings.

Lee Ann Yanni's left leg was broken and torn apart by shrapnel in the attack.
But after months of rehab, Yanni was determined to run Chicago.
She finished Sunday's race in five hours and 44 minutes.

Yanni says she will be running Boston in April.
