Bombing Survivor Jeff Bauman Stands During Pregame Ceremony At Bruins Game
BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Marathon bombing survivor Jeff Bauman and his rescuer Carlos Arredondo were honored before Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final Monday night.
Bauman and Arredondo were "Banner Captains" for the Bruins and waved a Boston Strong flag during a pregame ceremony.
Bauman, who lost both legs in the April 15 attacks, stood up on prosthetic legs as the TD Garden crowd cheered. The last time Bauman appeared in a pregame ceremony he waved the flag from a wheelchair.
Bauman and Arredondo were also honored at Fenway Park last month.
