Body Found In Chestnut Hill Reservoir Likely Missing BC Student
CHESTNUT HILL (CBS) - A body found floating in the Chestnut Hill Reservoir Wednesday morning is that of a missing Boston College student, sources told WBZ-TV's Ken MacLeod.

At an afternoon news conference, Suffolk County District Attorney Dan Conley would not definitively confirm it is Franco Garcia, but he did say the body fits his general description and that the clothes match those that Garcia was wearing when he was last seen February 21.
An autopsy will be conducted Thursday, Conley said, to determine the cause of death.
"Authorities are not commenting on specific evidence except to say that they hope to determine the facts and circumstances of the fatality and ultimately decide whether criminal charges are warranted," Conley said in a statement later.
The sources told MacLeod no foul play is suspected.
The body was found just before 8 a.m. by a man walking his dog.
It was about 18 feet from the shore on the Chestnut Hill Avenue side of the reservoir.
Conley said it was in a "heavily weeded area" that was about 7 feet deep.
State Police divers covered the body in a white bag and removed it just after 10 a.m.
Authorities scanned the reservoir for several days last month in their search for Garcia, who was last seen alive outside Mary Ann's bar in Cleveland Circle.
He was 21-years-old.
Garcia's family gathered at the reservoir Wednesday morning as soon as they received word that a body may have been found.
"Everybody's been helping a lot. It just shows how much people care. Even the people from his school, it just shows how people are there for everything," Garcia's cousin Daniella Espinosa told reporters.
