Body Find Near Route One Off-Ramp In Chelsea
CHELSEA (CBS) - An investigation is underway in Chelsea after a woman's body was discovered on the side of an off-ramp.
The ramp from Route 1 southbound to Route 16 westbound was blocked off Saturday evening while State Troopers and Chelsea police officers scoured the scene for any evidence.
The District Attorney's office says they have identified the woman but are waiting to release that information until after they notify her family.
Investigators have not yet determined whether the woman's death is suspicious.
