Blizzard Of 2015: All Of Nantucket, Thousands More Without Power
BOSTON (CBS) -- Power companies reported thousands of outages in Massachusetts Tuesday morning as the Blizzard of 2015 slammed the state with high winds and heavy snow.
All of Nantucket was without power shortly before 9 a.m., police said. Most of the outages were reported in the southeastern part of the state, especially Cape Cod and the Islands, where winds were expected to gust up to 85 mph.

NSTAR reported 15,372 customer outages just before 5 p.m. Sandwich, Falmouth, and Brewster were seeing the highest number of outages, according to NSTAR.
National Grid reported 11,488 outages.
