Billerica Man With Lifetime License Suspension Charged With 12th OUI
BOXBOROUGH (CBS) - A 62-year-old Billerica man who has already had his license revoked for life is facing drunk driving charges for the twelfth time.
Boxborough police say they pulled over the 62-year-old, whose name they have not yet released, around 8:40 p.m. on Friday after witnesses reported him weaving between lanes and speeding on Interstate 495 N.
He faces charges of OUI 12th offense, operating on a revoked license for OUI while OUI, operating with a revoked license subsequence offense, operating to endanger, false name to a police officer, possession of a dangerous weapon (blackjack), resisting arrest, forged RMV document (inspection sticker), open alcoholic container, speeding (87 mph in a 65 mph zone), and failure to stay in marked lanes.
He's being held without bail until his arraignment at Ayer District Court on Monday.
