Big Z Needs PJs
BOSTON (CBS) - With PJ Axelson no longer on the team, who better than Captain Zdeno Chara to continue the Bruins' "PJ Drive."
Chara will be at BJ's Wholesale Club in Waltham on Friday February 4th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. to kick off the "Fourth Annual PJ Drive." The appearance will include a meet-and-greet with fans, and Chara will sign autographs and take photos with everyone who donates a new, unused pair of pajamas.
The annual "PJ Drive" collects new pajamas for Massachusetts' children in need. Starting with Saturday's matchup against the San Jose Sharks, the Bruins will begin collecting PJs at home games throughout the month. Fans will receive a raffle ticket for each pair of pajamas donated for a chance to win autographed memorabilia.
BJ's is located on 66 Seyon Street in Waltham.
