In a new line of attack for the Obama campaign, Biden contrasted the so-called "Buffett rule" with what he calls the "Romney Rule."
President Barack Obama is pitching a measure named for billionaire investor Warren Buffett that argues that wealthy taxpayers should not pay taxes at a lower rate than middle-class wage-earners.
By contrast, Biden says Romney wants to let the very wealthy get yearly tax cuts worth more than the annual income for the average middle-class family.
The trip was Biden's third of the year to New Hampshire.
Obama won the state in 2008 but it's expected to be heavily contested in November.
