The MetroWest YMCA offers separate summer art camps for varying ages. Camp OCP in Framingham is geared toward children who are entering first grade through fifth grade. The OCP program is offered from June 24-August 23, 2013 and incorporates arts and crafts, music and nature, as well as water activities such as swimming and a water slide. For children ages three to 15, the MetroWest summer day camp in Hopkinton, which runs from June 24-August 23, 2013, features arts such as arts and crafts, drama, music and nature, but also offers other activities such as swimming, archery and boating. Children who have completed grades two through five can join the arts and crafts summer day camp, while children who have completed grades three through eight can participate in the drama summer day camp.

The Center For Arts in Natick has summer vacation arts workshops for children in pre-school all the way up to teenagers. There are half-day and full-day programs that are operational during the week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The arts education programs are targeted for the right age group with professionals at the helm for teaching the activities.
