The pub serves up plenty of cheap drinks and fine entertainment to its clientele, including live music and club entertainment. Come out for "Euro Trash" night, featuring plenty of mustache-friendly house and techno music. For the young and young at heart, Punch's Alley is a solid bet for a good time.
Victory Cigar Bar
615 Boston Post Road
Sudbury, MA 01776

One important aspect of being single is finding someone with similar moral values, and another is sharing some very specific hobbies and interests. The Victory Cigar Bar in Sudbury caters to one of those specific interests, namely that of the cigar aficionado. Here, single smokers from all walks of life can immediately connect over their favorite brand of cigar, while also enjoying Victory's full bar. Entertainment is limited only to a jukebox, but this actually opens up Victory to more casual conversations, another vital aspect of the singles bar scene.
O'Donnell's Restaurant & Pub
1048 N. Main St.
Randolph, MA 02368
(781) 963-9812
www.odonnellsrandolph.com
The idea of a place called O'Donnell's may invoke the mental image of a "typical" suburban pub attempting to appropriate the "Irish Bar" mystique, but O'Donnell's doubles as a townie favorite that also has the distinction of being an easy-going, unpretentious place to meet new people in one's own hometown. The best thing about O'Donnell's is the fact it doesn't have to appropriate a thing. This is the real deal town bar with the expected "dive" quality. O'Donnell's is a let-loose type of place where Mr. or Mrs. Right may be replaced more with someone of "right now" aspirations.

Kings
600 Legacy Place
Dedham, MA 02026
(781) 329-6000
www.kingsdedham.com
Kings in Dedham kind of has it all locked down for date options when it comes to the singles scene. As a bar and grille with a built-in bowling alley, it's a mixing goldmine for Dedham singles seeking to lubricate the wheels of fun and casual conversation. The city's populous has followed suit here in droves, and there is a bit of wait here at Kings, but it's worth the line if the idea of a semi-upscale bowling joint with food and booze floats the proverbial boat. As a great mixer of interests and entertainment, Kings is worth investing some time in over a weekend.
33 Savin Ave.
Norwood, MA 02062

Sometimes, there's just something to be said about the comforts of tradition and the intriguing places to which it can lead. Dinner, drinks and conversation mark the specialties of Colonial House, a hidden gem out in Norwood, which is something of a town secret amongst the locals. Friendly service and comfortable atmosphere make the Colonial House a choice spot for both couples and singles looking to mingle, particularly if the plan involves filling up the stomach whilst checking out the scenery. Singles don't always score on a night out, so it's comforting to know that everyone ends up a winner when they head out to the Colonial House for a night.
