With a full pro shop offering every piece of gear necessary for new and experienced paintball players, Boston Paintball in Everett is the place to go. Located just north of Boston, Boston Paintball not only sells you gear, but they also have indoor and outdoor fields to play. Their outdoor field, located in Maynard, is home to the New England Paintball League (NEPL), New England's largest tournament paintball series. ProShop hours in Everett are Monday through Friday, noon to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Also located just outside the city of Boston, Monster Paintball Indoor Paintball Complex is another great place to play the game. There is a paintball store in the park where you can get all your paintball needs met by a couple of experts. The complex also has equipment rentals if you don't want to buy your own gear. Monster Paintball also features New England's first reball training center, a lounge and free WIFI. Hours of operation are Wednesday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, noon to 6 p.m.; and Monday and Tuesday by reservation only.

Just south of Boston is Camp Paintball. Owned and operated by paintball players, Camp Paintball has woodsball fields, an airball field, three speedball fields, a fort and a small village open for play every weekend. All the fields are on 40 acres of fully manicured pine forest and games are fully controlled. Camp Paintball is open Saturdays and Sundays, April through December, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
