Baby born on route 93
A baby born in Quincy, really wanted to get here before the 4th.
Emergency crews were dispatched to route 93 yesterday, near exit 8 when a man called 9-1-1 and said his pregnant wife's contractions 'unexpectedly intensified,' while they were en route to the hospital.
The husband pulled over, and with the help of two troopers delivered a baby girl in the front seat of the couple's jeep.
EMS personnel arrived on scene shortly thereafter and said both the baby and the mother were doing well.
