FBI Releases Images Of Boston Marathon Bombing Suspects
BOSTON (CBS) - The FBI has released images of the two suspects they believe planted bombs near the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Monday. The two suspects are seen in surveillance video walking on Boylston Street.
The first suspect, a male, is wearing a black hat, black jacket and was carrying a black backpack. This man, "Suspect 1" is believed to be associated with the explosion near Marathon Sports.

"Suspect 2" was wearing a backwards white baseball hat. He is seen in surveillance video walking behind Suspect 1 and carrying a black backpack over one shoulder. The FBI says this man left the backpack near the second bomb site, in front of the Forum restaurant.

FBI special agent Richard DesLauriers says the two men should be considered armed and dangerous.

The FBI has more video evidence of the men, but they only released a short clip to the media on Thursday.
Three people died and over 170 were injured when the two bombs went off shortly before 3pm on Monday. As of Thursday afternoon, 58 people remained hospitalized.

Immediately after the bombings, the FBI and police asked the public to send in any photos or video they had from that day.

The bombs consisted of explosives put in 1.6-gallon pressure cookers, one with shards of metal and ball bearings, the other with nails. The lid of the pressure cooker was found on the roof of a nearby building.
