Becker, who appeared in court on Thursday, pleaded not guilty to several firearms charges.
The defense attorney argued that Becker has mental health issues and requested he receive treatment while in custody. The judge agreed.
Police said Becker was "totally off their radar" until Monday, when officers were called to his home on wellness check.
Police discovered 36 weapons, including mac 11′s, 9-millimeter uzi's, tech nine's and AK-47′s in his illegal gun collection. Police found the weapons, along with several silencers and vest-piercing ammunition, in his bedroom and assorted closets.
Authorities discovered Becker had an expired firearms license and two outstanding warrants for not showing up to jury duty.
Becker was ordered held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing next week.
