Apple Moves In Against Samsung After Court Ruling
BOSTON (CBS) - Could you soon be losing your new Galaxy phone?
That could be the result of a dramatic next move by Apple, as the company asks the court to order eight Samsung products pulled from shelves and banned from the US market.
They include Galaxy phones: S 4G, S2, S2 AT&T, S2 T Mobile, S-2 Epic 4G, S Showcase, Galaxy Prevail and Droid Charge.

Tech analyst Jeff Kagan says Apple could ask Samsung to pull everything, or they could ask for a licensing fee, which has happened often in cases like this over the past two decades.
The jury found Samsung copied the iPhone and iPad in creating the Droid Charge and 7 Galaxy phones.
Apple shares zoomed to an all-time high on Monday on Wall Street in reaction to the jury's decision. Apple shares jumped 2 percent to a new all-time high of $677 a share.
A judge will decide on Apple's motion later.
Analyst Bill Flora at Technomics says now that a jury has found that Samsung illegally copied certain features and designs of the iPhone, other companies will take notice. He says the ruling is so restrictive, it's going to make innovation even more important part of the process.
In the short term, many analysts say the case will likely slow the growth of Android-based smart phones.
