Another Round Of Rain
Showers will depart Eastern Mass. this morning while a few more spot storms will develop later this afternoon (mainly after 2pm). In between, we will be viewing crepuscular rays of sunshine amongst the broken clouds cover. With CAPE values near 1100 joules and LI ranging from -2 to -3, there is a chance that some of these storms may be strong in nature. Highs will be between 80-85F...70s Cape/Islands.
A quiet period will return on Wednesday and Thursday. The sun will carry the mercury into the middle 80s both days.
Our next chance of storms will be Thursday night and then again on Friday (especially during the afternoon/evening). Highs will creep back up to the 90s on Saturday.
Beach & Boating Forecast: South 5-10 Kts...1-2 Ft seas...spot showers and storms this afternoon.
