Andy Hart: Are The Colts Just Tanking It?
The Patriots are hosting the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday. Usually it's a huge game, but with the Colts being winless and Dan Orlovsky at quarterback many are predicting the Patriots win in a blowout.
Andy Hart from Patriots Football Weekly spoke with Toucher & Rich about the Colts, Patriots injuries and Aaron Rodgers. Is there any argument that this game will be a test for this Patriots team?
"No. The way I look at it is that they have four players that you worry about, two of them are defensive ends Mathis and Freeney, who quite frankly aren't even having as good a year as their careers would lend you to believe their talent is. On the other side of the ball you have Reggie Wayne and Pierre Garcon, but you also have Dan Orlovsky playing quarterback," Hart said.
The guys went on to discuss the fact that Orlovsky has never been part of a winning game and one of his "highlights" include a run out of the back of his end zone for a safety. That in mind is the 21 point spread on this game believable?
They also discussed some of the injured Patriots players like Sebastian Vollmer, Patrick Chung and Devin McCourty. Is there any chance that we see Chung and McCourty on Sunday? Also what is the extent of Vollmer's injury and should we be worried?
The Green Bay Packers are still undefeated this season and Tom Brady made some comments about how good Aaron Rodgers was playing this season, but is Rodgers having a better season than Brady did in 2007?
