Amtrak To Resume Full Boston-NY Service On Monday
BOSTON (CBS) — Amtrak will resume full Acela service to New York and Boston on Monday after two weeks of cancellations and delays.
Acela service was canceled two weeks ago after an electrical failure along the Metro-North Railroad section of the Northeast Corridor.
A temporary fix was made last weekend, with limited train service running through the week.
Amtrak says a permanent fix is now in place, and full service will resume on Monday.
