NH Homeowner, Bear Nearly Cross Paths In Back Yard
AMHERST, N.H. (CBS) – When a New Hampshire homeowner went outside to collect his bird feeder, he may have had a set of hungry eyes watching him.
Amherst resident Bruce Preston's wildlife camera was rolling Friday as he went into his back yard at 6:49 p.m. to bring the bird feeder inside.
Preston said he thought he heard something in the woods.
Just 11 minutes later, a large bear was seen on camera in the exact spot Preston had just been.
"Now I know why they say timing is everything!" said Preston.
