Mass. Amber Alert Suspect Agrees To Return To NY To Face Charges
KEENE, N.H. (CBS/AP) --An ex-convict captured in New Hampshire will soon be heading back to New York to face arson charges for the fire that killed three members of his family.
Twenty-three-year-old Matthew Slocum surrendered in Gilsum, N.H., late Wednesday after a daylong search in three stated that included an Amber Alert.

Police had been looking for him, his girlfriend and their 4-month-old baby since early Wednesday morning, when a fire in White Creek, N.Y., killed his mother, stepfather and stepbrother.
Slocum's girlfriend, Loretta Colegrove, and their son, were found unharmed.
WBZ-TV's Alana Gomez reports
The Glens Falls Post-Star reports a felony charge of first-degree arson was lodged against Slocum overnight in White Creek Town Court.
Calls to the court and Washington County District Attorney Kevin Kortright by the Associate Press were not immediately returned.
Slocum did not speak during a brief court hearing in Keene on a fugitive from justice charge. He agreed to return to New York Thursday or Friday.
