Almost In The Clear

The heaviest rain is moving northeast and out of Southern New England.

Many areas received between 1-3 inches of rain overnight.

We need to be careful with small stream and urban flooding, especially the Aberjona River near Winchester.

A Flood Warning is in effect through 9:45am for East Central Middlesex County.  Please be careful while driving this morning.

Watch Melissa's forecast:

Today, skies will become partly sunny before we reintroduce a chance of a few storms later this afternoon (mainly after 3pm).

These storms have the potential of becoming strong to severe with the high moisture content in the air along with CAPE vales between 1000-1500 and LI values between -2 and -4.

Highs will range from the upper 70s along the coast to the lower 80s inland.

Thursday and Friday are still setting up to be beautiful Summer days. Highs will reach the lower 80s.

This Weekend:

The pick day will be Saturday with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies... highs in the middle 80s.

Sunday will usher in another round of rain/storms, mainly starting in the afternoon.

Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s.

The track of the surface low could force use to add or subtract to the daily high temps on Sunday and Monday.

Melissa :)
