All-Star Lineups: Gonzalez Batting Third, Ortiz Seventh
BOSTON (CBS) - The MLB All-Star lineups are out, with Red Sox Adrian Gonzalez and David Ortiz finding their spots amongst the stars of the American League.
Gonzalez will bat third and play first base, with Ortiz hitting seventh as the team's designated hitter. Both will participate in Monday night's Home Run Derby as well.

Center fielder Jacoby Ellbury, third baseman Kevin Youkilis and pitcher Josh Beckett made the squad as reserves. Beckett was cleared to play on Sunday after throwing a side session. He left his start on Friday after hyper-extending his knee but got the okay from team doctors.

The Angels Jered Weaver (11-4, 1.86 ERA) gets the start against the Phillies Roy Halladay (11-3, 2.45 ERA).
