All Is Quiet

Besides a fly or two in the ointment, we are good to go this Monday morning.

Check: Current Conditions | Weather Map Center | Interactive Radar

Skies will be partly cloudy to partly sunny with a slim chance of a brief shower/rumble of thunder inland late in the day. Highs will reach the upper 70s... 60s coast as a sea breeze develops.

Watch Melissa's forecast:

The forecast is nearly a spitting image tomorrow, but tomorrow's highs will climb into the lower 80s...70s coast.

As we approach midweek, the heat and humidity will spike!

Highs will be flirting with 90F by Wednesday and reach the middle 90s on Thursday.

A warm front will provide us a slim chance of a shower/storm Wednesday afternoon, especially to the  northwest of the city.

Then, as I follow the GFSx to forecast long-term, a cold front will need to be watched for potential strong storms late-day Thursday.

The GFSx has the front pushing east by Friday morning. This infers improving conditions during the day Friday.

On the other hand, the EURO provides a cold front that stalls across SE Mass and rebounds for rainer set-up this weekend. As the saying goes, 'time will tell'.

Melissa :)
