The body of 16-year-old Delvonte Tisdale was found in Milton, Mass. in December. Officials say he died while stowed away and fell out when the landing gear opened on approach to Logan Airport.

Officials in Charlotte, North Carolina conducted an investigation into the security breach at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, but most of the findings remain classified.

Some of the changes the airport are making include increasing police patrols, making structural improvements to the property, and enhancing electronic security.

Massachusetts Congressman Bill Keating, who was the Norfolk District Attorney when Tisdale died, is calling for a national review of airport security.
