Accused Terrorist Back In Boston Court
BOSTON (CBS) -- A federal judge in Boston says he could take days or weeks to decide whether to allow bail for a Sudbury man accused of conspiring to support Al-Qaida.
Tarek Mehanna has been held for 16 months, accused of conspiring with two other men to kill American troops, assassinate two unnamed U.S. politicians, and shoot shoppers in American malls.

Mehanna's lawyers say he's not dangerous. Judge George O'Toole didn't say when he'll make a ruling on bail.
