About to Get Colder...

Tropical moisture from Tropical Storm Sean worked into New England today producing rain amounts around an inch in almost all Eastern MA areas with less to the West.  Most of the heavier downpours have moved on but we are quite out of the woods...we still have the surface coldfront to get through and that won't come through until early tomorrow morning.  So until then, we will still be in this somewhat unstable moisture loaded air...this will lead to drizzle and scattered showers for the rest of the night.  Very early tomorrow morning the coldfront passes thru with the last of the showers but more importantly a blast of colder air for the end of the week and the start of the weekend.  While temps will be noticeably colder they won't be frigid...highs will be in the 50-55 degree range.  The cold outbreak will be short lived as temps moderate very quickly and will approach 60 by Sunday and into the 60s early next week.
