Aaron Hernandez Bail Request Denied
BOSTON (CBS) - Aaron Hernandez was back in court Thursday for a bail review hearing in his murder case, but the judge denied his request.
Hernandez, the former Patriots tight end, was ordered held without bail Wednesday at his arraignment in Attleboro District Court on a first-degree murder charge and five weapons counts.

Prosecutors say Hernandez orchestrated the execution-style shooting of Odin Lloyd, 27, of Dorchester, in a field near Hernandez's home in North Attleboro June 17, because his Lloyd talked to the wrong people at a nightclub.
Hernandez pleaded not guilty and his attorneys, Michael Fee and Jamie Sultan, argued for bail.
He was held overnight at the Bristol County jail in North Dartmouth.
Both sides returned for a bail review hearing in Fall River Superior Court Thursday afternoon that was broadcast live on local television.
Sultan claimed his client is not a flight risk because he has a fiancee and a baby to care for. He asked for high cash bail, GPS monitoring and house arrest, if necessary.
Bristol County Assistant District Attorney Bill McCauley argued that Hernandez has the means and motivation to flee and that he intentionally interfered with the investigation before he was arrested.
McCauley also claimed Hernandez helped his two "conferderates" who were at the murder to flee by getting them a new rental car after the shooting.
The judge sided with the prosecution, admitting that their case was circumstantial at this point, but that it was 'very, very, strong."
