A Warm Up on the Horizon...

A chill was in the air today and the wind certainly didn't help much...highs around 50 felt more like 40 in the gusts.  High pressure will be working in through the night and will settle the wind setting up ideal radiational cooling conditions and lows should get down into the 20s for the burbs while Boston slips to about 35.  With tomorrow cold start along with less mixing, temps should only be able to achieve 50 or so...it will probably feel warmer however with the lack of wind.

A big warm up is still in the cards...it begins Sunday with highs close to 60.  We return to Standard Time so while you get an extra hour of sleep, sunset will be around 4:30...yuck!

Monday looks to be the warmest of the stretch...850 temps are actually a summerlike +10C...if it  were the dead of Summer 80 would be a likely high but it's not and a much lower sun angle will only allow us to get to 70...but still, that's super warm!  Conditions stay mild through Thursday with gradually cooling from 70 through the 60s and then into the 50s for the end of the week.  The cool down coincides with our first storm since the Nor'easter...Thursday / Friday will be our next precip maker...too warm for snow, so just rain.

Have a good weekend all...
