A 'Toast' To A Calm End To 2010
A tranquil weather pattern is setting up along with a gradual warming trend as we edge our way closer to the end of 2010. Some upper level energy will continue to feed cloud cover into Southern New England. A sun/cloud mixture should cover the weather description throughout the day. Highs will reach the middle 30s today. The sun will continue to brighten our neighborhoods thru Friday as temperatures make a run for the middle 40s by week's end.
*New Year's Eve Day: Plentiful sunshine with highs in the middle 40s.
*Ringing in 2011!: Calm with temperatures in the 30s.
*New Year's Day: Increasing cloudiness with a chance of showers during the late-evening hours. Highs near 50!
