The restaurant closed earlier this year after 137 years in business.

A cappuccino machine, a pool table, menus, lamps, chairs, and pictures were among the items up for auction.
Actioneer Michael Sapersteen said that the more than two hundred items on the auction block fell into two categories: restaurant stuff, and the stuff of memories.
"There will be people who aren't what we call 'seasoned auction customers' purchasing items that have some sort of emotional attachment – whether they worked here in the past or have some sort of experience here," he said.
