A Moment For Pause...
Our deepest condolences and sympathies go out to all the families impacted by these tragic and pointless bombings. A huge thank you for all the great work of the first responders, nurses and doctors who are working so hard in these hectic hours. It is hard to even talk about weather in a time like this. Nothing seems to make sense, and it just does not seem to matter.
Luckily, the weather should be pretty nice for Tuesday and Wednesday with temps in the mid 60's. Clouds will increase and thicken, along with gusty SW winds late Tuesday afternoon ahead of a front which will bring a few showers Tuesday night. Building high pressure for Wednesday with plenty of sunshine and mild conditions. Clouds return Thursday with a warm front and cool ESE wind which will keep temps in the 50's. Once warm front lifts north Friday, Breezy SW winds will push temps in the 60's again. Rain moves in late Friday night and Saturday with another cold front which will bring a steadier rainfall and cooling temperatures back into the 50's. Saturday will be wet, but should end the day a bit drier. Sunday & Monday will be seasonally cool, but filled with sunshine in the 50's..a great end to the weekend. We will be tracking a deep trough along the east coast next Tuesday which could steer up a windswept rainfall up the coast for the midweek. This trough could linger across the northeast through the end of the month to suppress any warmth just south of us...keeping temps fairly average for this time of year.
Abbreviated weather as we take pause for the tragic circumstances currently surrounding this great city. Our hearts and thoughts are with you.
