A Beautiful Monday

Skies have cleared out, and the patchy fog will begin to lift around 8 a.m.

It will be a sunshiny day with diurnal cumulus clouds developing this afternoon.

Our most accurate short-term model is picking up on a microscale convergence boundary (due to the seabreeze) for inland areas between 2pm-6pm this afternoon.

Overall, it will be a beautiful day, but we can't rule out a spot shower inland. Highs will be in the lower 80s...70s coast.

Watch Melissa's forecast:

One 'bump' this week:

A chance of showers and t-storms Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning as a cold front travels east.

Otherwise, this is going to be a great week!

You'll be happy if this is your vacation week!

Highs will be in the middle 80s... 70s coast on Tuesday.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will also bring us high temps in the 80s.

4th of July Forecast Sneak-Peek:

As we know, the 4th of July is still pretty far away in terms of forecasting.

However, if I had to make a guess right now, models are indicating a dry day with a stalled front just south and east of the Islands.  Let's hope this is the case! :)

Melissa :)
