2 People Hurt In Middleton Shooting
MIDDLETON (CBS) --- A Middleton man is facing charges following a shooting Sunday morning.
The shooting happened on Liberty Street around 6 a.m.
The Essex County District Attorney says two people are in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
One of those people, Michael MacMullen, is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with intent to commit murder, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.
The shooting is under investigation.
