2 Arrested For 1994 Murder Of Worcester Man
WORCESTER (CBS) - Two men have been arrested in a 1994 murder of a Worcester man whose body was never found.

Elias Samia pleaded not guilty to a murder charge in the death of Kevin Harkins in a Worcester court on Thursday.
Prosecutor Daniel Bennett said Samia and co-defendant John Fredette forced Harkins into Samia's car outside a Worcester pub back on Feb. 15, 1994.
"Essentially Mr. Harkins was offered cocaine and money to testify for Mr. Fredette, to pretend he was an informant in a drug case, and he refused to do that," said Bennett.
Authorities said Harkins was shot to death, but his body was never found.
"We're confident that we had enough evidence to support the case," said Worcester District Attorney Joe Early.
The defense attorney denies the allegations against Samia, who was ordered to be held without bail.
Fredette, meanwhile, was arrested in Maine and is currently being held on a fugitive from justice charge.
